Years later, Klein spoke openly about falling in love with model Nick Gruber in 2011, describing the experience as a fresh way of seeing life through someone else’s perspective. Their relationship ended the following year. Klein was later seen publicly with Kevin Baker in 2016, though he did not publicly confirm the nature of their relationship.
