The husband came home, panicked over a scratch on his chest from his mistress’s fingernail. Spotting the cat napping on the couch, he kicked it hard.
The cat yowled loudly and bolted out the door.
When his wife entered and asked what happened, he snapped,
“This crazy cat just attacked me out of nowhere and scratched my chest—look at this mess!”
She calmly shot back,
“Well, you did your part—today this fool left a mark on me and gave me a huge hickey on my neck!”
