Turning Point USA (TPUSA) has announced plans for a separate halftime broadcast to run alongside the 2026 Super Bowl, offering viewers an optional alternative during the game’s most-watched break. Branded as “The All-American Halftime Show,” the event aims to showcase a different musical vibe and cultural angle for audiences looking for something outside the official production.
The lineup includes Kid Rock as the main act, with Brantley Gilbert, Lee Brice, and Gabby Barrett also set to perform. Organizers say the livestream is meant to expand choices for viewers by providing a contrasting sound and style during halftime.
Soon after unveiling the event, TPUSA issued an update about where it can be watched. In a post on X, the group explained that licensing restrictions mean the show won’t stream on that platform. Instead, viewers will be able to watch via TPUSA’s YouTube channel, with the broadcast expected to start around 8 p.m. Eastern Time.
Reactions online have been mixed. Some people felt clearer information earlier would have helped, while others questioned the last-minute change. Still, TPUSA continues to promote the program as an optional alternative, highlighting how major cultural moments often spark multiple entertainment offerings to suit different tastes.
