Some dinners just make you feel like you’ve got everything under control—and this Teriyaki Chicken Casserole is one of them!
Everything comes together in one dish: tender chicken, fluffy rice, colorful vegetables, and a delicious sweet-and-savory teriyaki sauce. As it bakes, the sauce soaks into the rice, creating a comforting, flavorful meal the whole family will love.
It’s perfect for busy weeknights, easy to customize, and requires minimal cleanup. Swap the vegetables, use leftover chicken, or add a little spice with red pepper flakes.
